Dear Dr. Lewis

How can I thank you for performing the LASIK Surgery on my eye as a gift to me? I can't so I am praying that the Lord will bless your for it. His rewards surpass anything this world has to offer. So, I have asked Him to give you the wisdom to renew my eye so that it will be able to function again without the annoyance of a "dry eye" and to be the shape of a basketball that both of us can say the Lord has done great things for us.

I have a song that I just love and even though you might not know it and never heard it sung, I would like you to read the words. It is called "My Tribute".

How can I say thanks for the things You have done for me - Things so undeserved, yet You give to prove Your love for me? The voices of a million angels could not express my gratitude - All that I am and ever hope to be, I owe it all to Thee.

To God he the glory, To God he the glory, To God be the glory for the things He has done. With His blood He has saved me; With His power He has raised me; To God be the glory of the things He has done.

Just let me live my life;Let it be pleasing, Lord, to Thee. And should I gain any praise Let it go to Calvary. With His blood He has saved me; With His power He has raised me; To God be the glory of the things He has done.

If you would like to hear the music that goes with these words, just let me know. I have a tape with my son singing this song who has a beautiful voice.

I can only express my gratitude for your generous time and expertise in restoring my eye by sharing the love of my Lord with you. May He bless you exceedingly abundantly above all that I can ask or think.

In His Matchless Love,

Betty

Dear Dr. Lewis

I'm the guy who had lunch with Isaac Asimov and you gave me new vision with a pair of STAAR intraocular lens.

I'm grateful for your surgical skills and care which you have afforded me over the past month.

I felt very supported & cared for by you and your staff at Kremer.

Feel free to use me as a reference anytime.

God Bless You,
Joe

Thanks To All of You, Only the warmest "Thank You" will do For people as nice And as special as you!
Steve

Dr. Lewis,

Thank you so much for a wonderful Surgery. Everyday my wife asks me why I am smiling so much. I tell her it's because my vision is the best it has ever been without glasses or even after the R.K. in 1996. The results are much better then I ever expected and I need no pilocarpine. There has been no pain or discomfort and Dr. Fabriziani says my vision can only get better. You are the best. And thanks to your staff for making me feel comfortable during the surgery.

Feel free to use me as a reference if anyone has any doubts about LASIK.

Thank You
Dr. Lewis & Staff

Just had to write a brief note of “Thanks” for making the unsettling prospect of LASIK surgery such a “walk in the park”!
I cannot recall the last time I encountered such a dynamic combination of professional competency, true compassion and good old fashioned genuine warmth from any service provider. You are all to be commended.
Thank you, once more, and count on me to refer anyone considering the procedure your way.
Best Regards,

Scott

Dear Dr. Lewis & Staff:

I am both amazed and grateful for you and your staff as you entered my life for but a few minutes and changed it (hopefully) forever!

It is three weeks since my surgery and my vision has been clear and there was no pain, no halos, no complaints, only praise! I would love to be a part of your staff ... [and] will continue to coax every eyeglass/contact wearer to just DO IT!

Many MANY thanks,

Leslie

  • DinaLeslie

Dear Dr. Lewis & Staff,

I just wanted to express my sincerest thanks for all you have done. I was very scared to have my eyes operated on, but your supportiveness and kind words (plus the valium!) put me at ease.
Your staff was professional and friendly and are an asset to your practice.
I have been spreading the word and I am sure you will be getting several new clients as a result.
I've shown everyone at work my video and they think it's "cool".
Thank you again,
Sincerely

Dina

  • KimLeslie

Hello Dr. Lewis, this is Kim again.

I just wanted to thank you for the excellent job that you did on my eyes. I have had (2) follow up appointments with Dr. Myers, and he tells me that I have 20/20 in both eyes now, that is incredible.
It is amazing what modern technology can do today, it feels incredible to wake up and see without reaching for my glasses, I cannot remember the last time I could do that since I have been wearing glasses since about the 4th grade.
Thank you again, anyone that I know who is thinking of having this procedure done, I recommend you highly over the other centers. I thought you and your staff were highly professional and you made me feel very at ease and comfortable with the procedure.

With sincere gratitude,

Kim

  • LindaLeslie

Dear Dr. Lewis,

About a month ago I had laser surgery on both eyes to correct my vision up close and far away.
I can't tell you how satisfied I am with the results! It is so easy to pick up a book or newspaper and just start reading without fumbling around for a pair of glasses. Right now typing this letter on the computer is an achievement without the use of my glasses. I can remember turning 40 and my eyesight deteriorated quickly forcing me to spend thousand of dollars on prescription bifocals, reading glasses, and contacts--nothing ever felt right on my eyes.
I will be 48 next year and my eyesight is just as good as it was before I turned 40 years old.

Your staff was very helpful and professional, I felt confident that I was in safe hands from the moment I entered your office.
I have told all my friends about my surgery and they were all amazed with my results. Thank you again for helping to make my life alot more enjoyable without the use of glasses.

Sincerely,

Linda

  • JacquelineLeslie

Dr. Lewis,

Thank you to you and all your staff for allowing me to see clearly again. I can’t believe how well I can see. I was very nervous about getting the LASIK done but Sue really calm me down an spent a long time on the phone answering my many questions.
It’s hard to know where to go to get something like this done. Your eyesight is so precious. I really felt like I was in good hands with you and your staff and appreciate all the time and the care post-surgery.
Once again thank you – this is the greatest gift I have ever been given. To see everything and everyone around me clearly again.

Sincerely,

Jacqueline

Dear Dr. Lewis and his wonderful Staff,

Where do I begin? Did you ever reached point in your life when you mentally make a list of things that you would like to do in order to improve the quality of your life? Well, right up with the whirpool/jacuzzi and having Kevin Kline realize that I was the gal for him, was the dream that someday I could have laser surgery to correct my vision.
For once I was in the right place at the right time and my dream has come true thanks to you.I'm telling you-this is an unbelievable procedure! Since the surgery went so effortlessly and was, for the most part, totally pain free, it's easy to forget that I ever had surgery and that one morning I just woke up being able to see better than when I was 18 years old!Thank you so much for making this happen. The quality of my life has improved tremendously, and I have you to thank. Please feel free to use me as a reference anytime. I believe in the surgery, but most of all, after years of wonderful medical care at your office, I believe in Dr. Lewis and his genuine interest in the well-being of his patients. With sincere appreciation--

Your friend and patient-for-life,

Noreen

Dear Dr. Lewis & Staff

I am both amazed and grateful for you and your staff as you entered my life for but a few minutes and changed it (hopefully) forever! It is three weeks since my surgery and my vision has been clear and there was no pain, ho halos, no complaints, only praise! I would love to be a part of your staff in the Mt. Laurel location working with new clients (I left a resume with Dr. Levine) but will continue to coax every eye glass/contact wearer to just DO IT!
Many Many Thanks,

Leslie

  • KarenKaren

Dear Doctors Lewis & Lare:

Just a note of thanks. It has been a true blessing for me to be able to see very well. I might add without glasses! It is most amazing to wake up in the morning & be able to see the clock across the room! I guess I'll no longer be needing those "sleeping glasses" I mangled into the perfect shape of my head! My stories of satisfaction could go on and on and I'd never been able to express my gratitude to both of you for your expertise, professionalism & kindness.
At this time, I would be remiss if I didn't mention and sing the praises of a particular member of the LASIK team - Sue Cross. From the very first time I called your office for an evaluation, Sue has been a wealth of information. She has worn the hat of patient advocate, educator, and "hand holder" during the procedure - these are only a few-of the many attributes she brings to work everyday! Sue's professionalism never wavered. Her enthusiasm is infectious, her compassion and sincerity is so clearly evident. I've had the opportunity to observe Sue in action on several occasions and I've overhead more than one patient comment on her manner - "Isn't she great", "she's so nice", "Sue is wonderful" are some of the comment I've heard and whole heartedly agree with!! From a personal standpoint Sue makes me feel comfortable and at ease whenever I come into the office. Sue is a treasure and a tremendous asset to your team. After having my LASIK procedure done there I'd only refer to you - as far as I'm concerned your whole team is wonderful!Again, please accept my heartfelt thanks-to all of you!

Sincerely,

Karen

Dear Dr. Lewis

Once in a while someone touches a life and causes a great change to occur in that life. I can't help but feel that way about my recent experience with you and your organization. Because of the perfect sight that you and Dr. Lare patiently worked so hard to obtain for me, what with all the conflicting readings with my overcorrected eye ware and my astigmatism as well as my nearsightedness my life has definitely changed.
No longer do I see the world through a glass darkly (Nothing wrong with a little prose) but it is spring and the colors and clarity is nothing short of awesome. This is just a small part of the change. If you think about it every waking moment for the rest of my life will be better because of your dedication to your profession awesome huh?.
I've heard it said that a company's lifeblood is it's employees and it certainly shows in your case. Each of your employees radiates to the patient something very rare in the business world. It's difficult to describe, but very evident, it’s a special concern for the patient and their fears, with answers to our question that bring comfort and a calming effect. I saw this objectively as I watched Sue, Bev, Anita, and Dr. Lare interact with the other patients as I myself was on the receiving end also. Dr. Lewis you have very special employees that are a credit to you and your organization. I cannot say enough about my experience and I am recommending you to every person I talk to that wears glasses and contacts.Dr. Lewis, I wish you only the best in this endeavor and thank you once again for understanding my special concerns and for making my world clearer.
Sincerely,

Paul

Dear Dr. Lewis & Staff,

I can’t thank you enough for the kindness and patience, you and your staff showed me during my LASIK procedure. I was extremely apprehensive but your staff was professional and answered all my questions and calmed my fears (the Valium helped too!)
I would highly recommend you and your staff to anyone considering laser eye surgery. I especially want to thank Sue, for holding my hand throughout the procedure and explaining in detail what was occurring. Thank you again for everything. I can actually see clearly without my contacts of glasses.
Amazing!
Sincerely,

Karen

Dear Dr. Lewis & Staff,

Here is a picture of my wedding day – that’s me seeing perfectly, without glasses or contacts. I had my surgery on November 2, 2000 and it is the best thing I’ve ever done!
Thank you so much for doing such a great job. Everyone throughout this process was not only professional, but caring and fun to be around.
I have recommended Advanced Laser Vision to all of my friends.
Hopefully, my husband will get up his nerve and have this procedure done!
Thank you again for everything!

Dr. Lewis & Staff,

I just wanted to thank you for the LASIK surgery that you performed on my eye. It is so nice not to have to wear contacts of glasses. Once again,
Thanks

Dear Dr. Lewis,

Just a quick not to say thank you so very much for providing me with the ability to see clearly again without the use of spectacles! When I was a little girl, long before corrective vision ws even thought of, I used to long and dream of being able to see without horrid glasses perched on my nose. I so much wished it would come true in my lifetime – you made it possible and I thank you.Enclosed, you will find a gift certificate for your use. This is a complimentary haircut provided by yours truly at my place of business in Royersford. You also fixed my brother-in-law’s eyes and he and my sister own Camelot. Any business cards or promotional material you would like to bring with you will be welcome and put to good use – I am constantly promoting you to my clients and friends anyway!I hope to see you at Camelot. It would be a treat for me to have you see me in my normal mode, and not looped out on valium and fear! The professionalism and friendliness of you and your staff went a long way in making me feel comfortable, and once again I thank you so much.

Beverley

Hi Doc,

It was good “seeing” you today. Below is my quote. If it sounds like everyone else’s quote, let me know – I can change it. Feeling free to cut if it’s too long.“The procedure was quick and virtually pain-free. I now have perfect vision and couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. I was the greatest gift I could have every given myself.”If the last sentence sounds corny, please delete it. For a lifetime of not glasses, it was the best money I ever spent. I’m trying to say that most people today (especially moms) do so much for others that they often neglect themselves. Laser Vision is personal.
I can’t wait to go scuba diving – I wasn’t able to see the fish before! Good luck on your trip. What you are doing is very admirable. I ordered a back issue of the 12/24 Inquirer for you. I know the people who work there. I’ll mail you the story when it comes in.

Susanne

Jim;

I think it best if we leave my job title out of testimonial. My sister Janice is very interested in a consult with you and if she goes thru with LASIK Surgery she can mention my name and title in her testimonial. Don’t worry, her husband owns an animal hospital in NJ and can well afford the cost.
If you use photo of me please use the one that is not close up I trust you to change my quote if you have a stronger point to make!
Kathryn of Dresher is seen observing LASIK surgery on her son Stephen. “I was overwhelmed by the knowledgeable supportive staff and the state of the art equipment. I felt complete confidence in Dr. Lewis and highly recommend him to family and friends who are considering LASIK and want the best outcome”“Finding a knowledgeable Ophthalmologist operating in a safe, sterile environment utilizing the latest technology was of critical importance to me. The LASIK surgery took minutes and was completely pain free. After experiencing the caring, supportive staff at Advanced Laser Vision
I ask myself (“Why did I wait so long?)”
Thank you, Dr. Lewis for answering all my questions”

Dear Dr. Lewis and Staff,

I was there today as a patient. It was my first visit. I was a little nervous at first, that soon left. From the moment I came in the office I was comfortable, the ladies at the fron desk have a great personality. The doctors who examined my eyes were great. Then I met you. All my worries disappeared. Everything was explained so I could understand it. I am looking forward to my surgery. The packet for surgery is the best. The young lady explained it all with patience. Thank you all very much.
Sincerely

Dear Dr. Lewis

Since I haven't had the chance to see you since you finished my second cataract surgery and couldn't hug you, a now will have to do.
You have given me a most precious gift. I am seeing better than I ever have and everything is so bright and crisp! I'm still amazed at seeing like this, without lenses or glasses! It's truly the best thing that happened to me since my daughter was born 33 years ago.
Thank you so much for your extraordinary skill, patience and good humor. It made me very comfortable with a procedure I approached with trepidation.
If you ever need a testimonial, I'll be more than happy to provide.. you're wonderful!
Warm regards,

Debbie
P.S. It's even easier to put on eye makeup now.

Knowing you are a busy man. I felt led to send you a cassette tape of the song I gave the word to in my letter of appreciation for your kind service to me. You can put it in your car cassette compartment on your way to work. It takes only 3 - 5 minutes. I thought the music with the words made my thanks to you more meaningful.
I also made cinnamon buns for you! Try them and share them with your family if you like or your secretarial staff at Jenkintown. I did give some to your staff at Phoenixville. Wishing you the best in you labor of love in making others see better.

Now I wish to thank you for your recent operation of my left eye, Dr Barry Fabrizini says what a beautiful eye, Harvey you must have stepped in some horse poop some where, no it was (Dr. James S. Lewis MD) that done the beautification, again I thank you and may God bless you and your hands.

  • BerthaBertha

Dear Dr. Lewis,

I feel the need to thank you for my new vision in my right eye. Hopefully and confidently I expect to enjoy many more surprises after my left eye surgery. I can see things I haven’t seen well in recent years, even with my glasses – clear clock numbers across the room, beads of water on the shower wall, dirt and dust in places I readily ignored, reading books without eye strain and easier threading of my sewing seedless, to name a few.

But there was a shocking down side after my first reflection from my mirror. I found a much older looking me than I previously knew, with more gray in my hair than I realized, and very tired looking eyes surrounded by more and deeper wrinkles than before. Now I must come to grips with the fact that I am 83 years old in spite of how great I feel.

But my gratitude remains as I accept my “new – old” look. God bless your with continued special talents to help others see better.

In appreciation,

Bertha

  • KellyKelly

Dear Friends:

I have been remiss in my duties. I never thanked you for your generous gift. Truly, perfect vision is the best gift I could have ever received.

I do not remember a time when I was able to see without glasses. They were always slipping down, fogging up, getting sat upon and generally making my life miserable.
The same is true for contact lenses (When I could wear them). But my eyesight got so bad that I couldn't even wear contacts anymore. The LASIK procedure was a miracle! You may not know it, but I sing your praises every time I wake up in the middle of the night and look at the clock and can see what time it is. I tell everyone I know how marvelous it is to be able to see the difference between my shampoo and conditioner in the shower. I was even able to play in the snow without worrying about losing a contact or having my glasses steam up.

So, thank you. For being professional....for being informative....for being great at what you do. Thank you for being so helpful and friendly. Thank you for having the answers to all of my questions. Thank you for giving me my sight.

Sincerely

Kelly

Dear Sue:

How easy it would be for me to say that I haven't had the time to properly thank you for all of your help. I could even feign amnesia or pretend that I haven't been taking my Ginko Biloba. But none of that is true. I don't know why I haven't thanked you before now, but I hope to correct that situation right here.

You have been my port in the storm. From the very beginning I knew that I could count on you to answer all of my questions and allay all of my fears. You were there to hold my hand through everything. Even now, almost 6 months after my surgery, you are still there when I need help.
Thank you so much for being a wonderful person. It shows how much you love what you do, and how much you love helping people. I hope you know how much I appreciate and love you for everything you have done to help me. I don't think there are enough words in the dictionary to express my thanks. But I hope that in some small way I have been able to convey to you how I feel.

Your friend,

Kelly

Dr Lewis,

How do I begin to say thank you for your gift? This card can only be a small start. In a short 24 hours I am simply amazed at my vision, all because of the generous gift of your time, skill and expertise. Please, at least, let Beth and I try to show our appreciation by letting us take you, your wife, and your family to dinner, or wherever you choose. Thank you just isn't enough to express our appreciation.

Sincerely,

Tony

Hi Beverly and Thank You!

  • RuthAnneRuthAnne

Dear Dr Lewis,
I just don't know quite how to say thank you to someone who has just restored my eyesight.
Saying thank you seems somewhat "inadequate".
Today I realized how bright I can see colors, and how clear everything appears. It's like a whole new world has been opened up to me, thanks to your surgical skills.

I never doubled your ability or skills for a moment I just want you to know I realized you are "super intelligent" and have worked hard to achieve your skills. How fortunate for me to be on the receiving end of what you do best!

It is absolutely incredible to think I had surgery less than a week ago. There is absolutely no discomfort and no telltale signs. It just wipes me out, thinking about how you cans accomplish such a maneuver

I appreciate your words of encouragement and patience with me. Both you and Barry were very supportive and kind.
Barry and you are a great team! It's very easy for me to "market and sell" your skills when I'm being treated by two of the Delaware Valley's greatest Doctors.

I just wanted you to know I'm a very grateful and appreciative patient.

Thank you Doctor Lewis
for giving me back
my eyesight.

Ruth Anne

Some people just pick up the phone and say
"thanks!"
Not me.

I dial first.
(when I'm really grateful, I send a card!)

For all the good care I received and all your patients with my phone calls. Thank you

Sincerely,
Lilian

Dear Dr. Lewis:

Enclosed please find a referral form from my primary doctor to cover the visit to your office on Friday, October 16.

I want to express my thanks to you and Bev for such outstanding service. You both treated me as if you had know me for years, which made me feel very comfortable during a time when I was not really feeling like myself.

Thanks again, and should you need anything further from my insurance company, please let me know.

Sincerely,

Susan

Dr. Lewis,
Just a not of "thanks" for your assistance on my request for a letter from you. Even if I don't get this job, I've go enough confidence in myself now to go after others! I don't know if you say "People" magazine’s 7/21/97 issue, but there is an article in it about actor Mandy Patinken's bout with keratoconus. Thought you might be interested in reading it. I've highlighted passages which seemed like "deja vu" to me. He expressed similar feelings to mine. Additionally, since I think I'm a "success story", please feel free to contact me if another of your patients with keratoconus needs and ear or some support from me. Many thanks for getting me thus far (11+ mos. post-op). I can't believe how well I can see!

Dear Dr. Lewis,

I am in your waiting room following my Visual Field Test and a meeting with Bev.
She quietly and efficiently solved the billing problems (Aetna/U.S. Healthcare) which have disturbed be very much. I am always careful to have the referrals with me but in tow cases the paper work was mishandled and the necessary referral records were not sent to the U.S.H.C. - hence bills and letters
Apparently these things happened with previous persons in your office. I've been in touch with Cherry Hill referral office - Aetna/U.S. Healthcare received at least one bill from your office etc. ad nauseam.
Now you have a treasure of efficiency and helpfulness! Hallelujah!!
Treat her tenderly. For a skilled doctor a skilled support person is a must!! Congratulations!!
Happy Holidays,

xxx Betty

Dear Friends:

I have been remiss in my duties. I never thanked you for your generous Gift. Truly, perfect vision is the best gift I could have ever received.

I do not remember a time that I was able to see without glasses. They were always slipping down, fogging up getting sat upon and generally making my life miserable. The same is true for contact lenses (when I could wear them). But my eyesight got so bad that I couldn’t even wear contacts anymore.

The LASIK procedure was a miracle! You may not know it, but I sing your praises every time I wake up in the middle of the night and look at the clock and see what time it is. I tell everyone I know how marvelous it is to be able to see the difference between my shampoo and conditioner in the shower. I was even able to play in the snow without worrying about losing a contact or having my glasses steam up.

So, thank you. For being professional… for being informative… for being great at what you do. Thank you for being so helpful and friendly. Thank you for having the answers to all my question. Thank you for giving me my sight.

Sincerely,

Dear Sue:

How easy it would be for me to say that I haven’t had the time to properly thank you for all of your help. I could even feign amnesia or pretend that I haven’t been taking my Ginko Biloba. But none of that is true. I don’t know why I haven’t thanked you before now, bit I hope to correct that situation right here.

You have been my port in the storm. From the very beginning I knew that I could count on you to answer all of my questions and allay all of my fears. You were there to hold my hand through everything. Even now almost 6 months after my surgery, you are still there when I need help.

Thank you so much for being a wonderful person. It shows how much you love what you do, and how much you love helping people. I hope you know how much I appreciate and love you for everything you have done to help me. I don’t think there are enough word s in the dictionary to express my thanks. But, I hope that in some small way I have been able to convey to you how I feel.

Your friend,

Dear Dr. Lewis,

I would like to thank you for the very successful operations you preformed on my wife, Louise and myself. It is hard for a layman to understand how a skilled surgeon with the aid of a high tech laser can correct closed – end glaucomas in the time it took me to go back and forth to the rest room. As of this date Louise is doing very well with her eyes. With respect to my cataract operation, I appreciated the wonderful group of pre-op personnel – three nurses and two practical nurses who checked and prepared me for the operation. Most impressive to me was the operating room with all its complex equipment and the host of skilled medical personnel = anesthetist, nurses and the leader of the team, Dr. James Lewis, ophthalmologist. The organized setting – into venous setup, heart monitor, oxygen, microscopic mini – knife, ultrasonic source, eye drops, topical anesthesia, and wonderful high quality intraocular lens (IOL. The post operative care was excellent. The two male hospital volunteers were so helpful and encouraging.

What a can trust with my experience as a patient volunteering to help the twelve man in the Bronx V.A. hospital sand bagged in a darkened circular room recovering from their cataract operations.

God, the great physician, in his common grace has given good gifts to men – skilled physicians and other health specialist and brilliant men who have developed the specialized equipment and pharmaceuticals that have revolutionized the field and successes of medical procedures.

Thank you also for your great sense of humor and your willingness to listen and spend quality time with your patients.

Cordially Yours,

Arthur

FYI Dr. Lewis

Mr. F___ stopped by. He was in the area and just wanted to express his gratitude. He states that his vision has improved even more so since the surgery and he is just so grateful to you.

He mentioned that he is a basketball player and that you would recall him.

To Whom It May Concern:

For the last five years, I have visited four different Optometrists. I have also been examined by several Ophthalmologists.

I was not able to see properly on the outside or read the instruments in my car and boat, and I could not see traffic signals. However, I could see very well inside. No one seemed to know what was the matter.

Finally, after being examined by Dr. James S Lewis, he seemed to understand my problem and recommended this type procedure on cataracts and implants

After having both eyes operated on, I can now see perfectly. It seemed that Dr. Lewis was the only one that understood my problem.

I am very grateful that he was recommended to me.

Dear Dr. Lewis

It was just last year at this time when Paul and I were celebrating that Paul was given a new lease on life – due to your expertise in restoring his vision.

Dr. Lewis – I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the absolutely superb care you provided Paul. Last Autumn = those proved to be the best of times for us. Shortly after the holidays – Paul met with ungodly challenges which ultimately his bravery could not match the ravages of diabetes. I thank you again.

Sincerely
Jackie

Dear Dr. Lewis,

Just a few lines to acknowledge the wonderful service that was recently provided to my husband, and me by the Wills Eye Hospital Team.

It was a source of great relief to know that we were in such good hands during our door to door trip from our home to the Hospital. We can’t begin to thank George enough for his courtesy.

Please mark us down as supporting this service and the care we received from the entire staff.

Thank you again.

Sincerely yours,
Dorothy & Jack

I have been impressed by the drivers who have come to the house to drive mw with my husband to Plymouth Meeting and to Warminster. It is extremely important especially for older people to have this service.

Both George and John, who have driven us have been sensitive and caring, without making us feel handicapped. While I was coming home Oct. 29th. I heard John say he was leaving. He had driven people from 5a.m. on and was still picking up people in mid – afternoon. Going from suburban to urban areas. This requires skilful alert people. I hope their work is properly appreciated and compensated.

Retired social worker
